This old-fashioned cuvée with a "black fruity" taste combines tradition and know-how. Sweet and without bitterness, it develops a very pronounced black olive taste.

80% Aglandau 20% Blend Black Olives

TASTING

Black olives, vanilla, cocoa. Wonderful with salads, ratatouille, aioli, anchovies and crustaceans.
